Do I need money to start?

No. As a dropshipper you don’t buy any stock. You only place orders when your customer orders, and your customer pays on delivery.

What is the difference between a dropshipper and an own-product seller?

A dropshipper sells products from MyKade’s verified suppliers, for free. An own-product seller brings their own products and gets their own online shop and selling tools for a small monthly plan. Own-product sellers’ products are not offered to dropshippers unless the seller is approved as a verified supplier.

Who delivers the parcels?

MyKade does, through trusted courier partners, island-wide. Dropshippers never pack or post anything.

How do I get paid?

Your profit reaches your MyKade wallet when the parcel is delivered and the return window passes. Withdraw it to your verified bank account from the app.

Who can join?

Anyone in Sri Lanka aged 18 or over with an NIC. Under 18? A parent can open the account and you can sell through it together.

Is there a web version?

Dropshippers use the MyKade app on Android or iPhone today. A web portal is coming soon.
